Thank you... The parish Social Justice Committee extends its thanks and deep appreciation to John Guevremont, director of Campus Ministry at Mount St. Charles Academy, and to those Campus Ministry students who planned, organized and participated in the December 8 fundraiser for our St. Gabriel's Call program. The event raised more than $300 in cash and many donated items of infant and toddler clothing.
The St. Gabriel’s Call program has been busy since moving to Holy Trinity from All Saints Parish in May.
The program is currently helping 34 clients: pregnant women and moms and dads of infants and toddlers through the age of 4.
Clients can come in once a month for basic baby items diapers, wipes, clothing, formula, etc. They can also get baby furniture, referrals for Food Stamps, heating assistance (in season) and other basic needs. St. Gabriel’s Call has 6 faithful volunteers who help sort and stock donations and keep the office open on Thursdays from 10 am to 3 pm.
