Holy Trinity is a Roman Catholic parish located in Woonsocket, RI. The original parish (Our Lady Queen of Martyrs) was established in September, 1953 to serve Woonsocket and North Smithfield, RI. On July 1, 2018, the parish located here was merged with two other nearby parishes (Sacred Heart and Holy Family) to create a new parish, Holy Trinity Parish.
Combined parishes included: Our Lady Queen of Martyrs, Sacred Heart and Holy Family. The decree document of the merger can be found at the bottom of this page (scroll down). Holy Trinity Parish is a member parish of the Greater Woonsocket Catholic Regional School System which is hosted at Good Shepherd Regional School located on Mendon Rd., Woonsocket, RI. Bulletin Announcements due to Holy Week & Easter Due to the upcoming Easter Holy Day / Holiday in April, the bulletin will have to be submitted early. Therefore, if you want something to appear in time, as well as Mass Intentions, please submit your info to me as soon as possible at [email protected] and/or call the rectory at 762-5117 for mass intentions. If Mass intentions are not submitted in time to appear in the bulletin, Father will still announce your intention for the mass.
Just a reminder that the parish office will be closed this coming Friday, April 17 in honor of Good Friday.

Due to limited hours of our Parish Secretary caused by an injury in a fall, the phones will be manned in this manner going forward Monday—Thursday — Friday. Office hours will be from 8:30am to 12:30pm. On other days and in the afternoon you may call the following number 401-830-9474 directly. If you choose to call the rectory number 762-5117 you will receive a message that your call is being transferred.
This will enable all calls to be answered as soon as possible.
